It was very convenient parking for Kew Gardens, but I had trouble getting in. Followed the instructions for the gate but couldn't get an answer on the intercom. Then, I tried calling the owner, which went straight to voicemail. After about 10 minutes, another car came out, which opened the gate so I could get in.
When we came back, fortunately, the side pedestrian gate was open, so I was able to go straight in and pick up my car. The gate opens automatically from the inside, so no issues getting out.
