Parking on New Horizons Court, TW8

I thought the direction to the space was misleading. It says 'Flat 1' but there was no marking as such. Also there were similar buildings around the complex, it needs to specify which building of the parking it is meant to be. I lost a lot of time trying to find where I am supposed to park. I had to call the owner in the end. Luckily he called me back relatively quickly but I was still late for my first meeting because of it.

Locating allocated parking spot in underground car park was not easy. Way out through Exit barrier was not an option as, because we are not residents, we did not/do not have keypad code, so we had to Exit through the entrance we came in from which in an underground with two levels was not easy.

The directions direct you to the wrong place. The parking space is too hard to find with parking space is too hard to find with very little to no directions. I did find a car park in the end but with no way to the way to discern if it was the right car park I did not feel safe leaving my car there. Very poor and i advise no-one to use this space.
