Private driveway at our modern terrace house in front of the garage, very safe as off a communial driveway for the row of five houses off a narrow tarmac lane to a farm and the footpath to the beach. Easy walking distance (a mile) to the two local pubs in the village or 500 yards to the Bakehouse for a Devon Cream tea and visit the village hall, often with many activities going one and with a tennis court for hire and the local blacksmith with hand made fireplaces etc.
