There was a sign up to say there were no longer working with just park. We parked somewhere else as did not want to get a fine or get clamped.

Have paid online but when arrived been told that they are not working with JustPark and im not allowed to park there. Then i could not cancel my booking. Paid 6 Pounds for nothing. Never again.

Parking was ok but the spaces are much too small. came home with marks along the side of our car.

Easy too find and no hassle. My only concern is it's a small car park and at 9am I got the last space so can't help but wonder what would of happened if I had arrived later

Arrived at 18:30 but unable to park in the front or rear car park and had to find an alternative option. Vehicles were double parked in the rear car park. E-mailed Justpark the following day to request a refund but to date have only received an automated e-mail which told us that we would be contacted within 3-5 days. Our location details on our booking said that the car park was located at the Westcliff Inn but the name had been changed to the Kingsley Hotel - confusing for those of us who are unfamiliar with the area! The company has since updated this site.
