I sent a text beforehand, received an immediate response. Space found easily. Arrived and left the space without encountering any traffic problems. 10 minute walk to County ground

Easy to find, approx 15mins walk to Edgbaston. Slightly difficult exit, down and left turn, but not a major issue. Would use again.

Ideally situated for Edgbaston cricket ground, about 10 minutes walk. Easy access though quite a steep driveway. Would happily park here again if I get tickets for next year's T20

Easy to find and plenty of room. Drive is a little steep with a wall that proved tricky to see whilst backing out.

We were coming into southern Birmingham from the M42. Location couldn't have been more convenient. Super easy to park (only one other car on the driveway) in a quiet residential street just a 10-minute walk from cricket ground.

Very good parking option for the cricket - will definitely book again

I was disappointed in the arrangement made for parking. It was noted that there were three parking spaces but there was no indication on where to park in the spaces available. When I arrived, I found the other two spaces occupied and had to park in the only available space. I contacted the owner after arrival as I realised the other occupiers would not be able to get out due to the parking positions if they returned before me (I would be there till about 6.30pm at least). The owner showed a little annoyance that I should have arrived a little earlier in order to park in the second place!! How was I to know? Secondly, it is advertised as 5 minutes away from Edgbaston Stadium which is not correct. I think the owner needs to make clear instructions as to where the cars should be parked as one can block all others in and also change the walking time to the stadium as 15 minutes. I trust this will be helpful and should not be regarded as criticism only. Thank you.
