worse park experience ever you need to beg the owner of the parking for let you in and let you out, ignorant and rude,he should be banned from all tipe of trading, awful experience, be aware when you have to get in time at your appointment .

terrible.. was easy to get in but really difficult to get out as the owner never bothered to answer his phone and my car was stuck in the car park.. had to call a friend to pick me up.. such a inconvenience !!!wouldn't recomend.....

Absolutely dreadful service. I pulled over and called Zack several times before arriving as requested, no answer, he then kept continually calling me and hanging up after a couple of seconds of the phone ringing. I was trying to drive! I pulled over and called him back and he shouted abusively at me down the phone asking why he should wait for me to arrive to let me in, um because I’m paying you to provide a service! The space was also advertised as we’d be able to come and go from the space but this option was denied leaving us stuck carrying luggage around after checking out of our hotel (which we wanted to store in the car). Overall a terrible experience from a rude and nasty man. I suggest you avoid this space!

Text sent 10pm night before booking with additional arrival instructions, which I didn't see. I forgot the instruction to call before arrival, but I thought this would mean me having to wait a while. Instead owner first suggested the booking had been for the day before, then insisted I refer to the message. My frustration by this stage (I was waiting outside the car park gates) was then deemed rudeness (I was not rude) and I was told by booking was cancelled. I've booked spaces through JustPark many times and never previously had any problem. This person seems to feel that not being clear with all their parking conditions before booking should be acceptable. Best avoided. Millenium Central multi-storey - just 100m away and with lots of free spaces - was cheaper anyway!
