I have a private underground parking space to rent, it is a 10-12 minute walk from Birmingham city centre. It is well lit and secure and entrance is by entry fob. I can arrange to meet you, to hand over the fob, so that you can come and go as you please. I am ideally looking to let it on a long term basis, but am happy to take short term bookings until a long term booking comes along.
