Parking was extremely tight. Couldn't park fully on the drive, some off the car overhung the pavement.Tight squeeze to get out, lucky the car we went in was a Golf, had it been a larger car, we wouldn't have been able to park the car. Not what i expected.

We got to the address at 11am and found all spaces full!! Waited for owner and he had sold our space to 2 other cars!!! Luckily the drivers turned up and when they found out that we had pre booked and paid demanded their money and left! We were lucky and parked in our space.
Very poor of the owner to have sold our space!
Would never recommend them!

Complete waste of my time. Emailed and shared the vehicle to confirm space to which the gentleman responded that it was fine. I arrived in a very busy Birmingham to find the the driveway was full and the owner wasn't present to sort it out. Useless, never again!
