worse car park experience ever. Pin code didn't work, app didn't work. If it wasn't for hotel staff having to override the system would never have got in the carpark and the prepay would have been wasted.
Will never use Just Park again.

Very tight entrance to car park for my SUV. Also the entry code had changed and I had to go to the hotel reception to get a fresh one. I think they change it frequently - even the exit code changed within three hours of my being given it.

We were given the wrong code. It's a very tight underground carpark. There was one place left, and there was no way we would have been able to get our estate car in there. We left and found much cheaper alternative parking two mins away

The code would not work and your phones were not answered. The entering and leaving of the car park was very tight.

The car park shutter did not work, info is not easy to find in the email trail and it took me using the emergency number to gain access to the car par. to top it all off the car park is so tight it almost impossible to use for anything bigger than a smart car four 2!

Ridiculously small entrance and exit and no room to turn. Nearly demanded my car getting out of the car park due to the more or less non existent turning area. I won't be parking there again!

It did not work so I lost my money. When I asked the hotel they said they are always having problems with the shutter opening. Don't book this.

Completely secure very tight parking - opening the roller doors is difficult - the app doesn’t work and the first code doesn’t work - you have to use the additional code given to get in or out

Couldn’t get out of car park,no help from app ,only got out as a worker was coming in and used a card that opened the shutter,wasted about 20 mins.Very poor.

Car park code did not work, so had to use the emergency number.
Car park was tiny and difficult to maneuverer in, particularly at the entrance and exit. There were signs all around the car park about this but no warnings on booking. I would not recommend this car park if you have anything bigger than a small SUV.
