Parking was excellent. The lot was very clean and modern, plenty of spaces and easy to leave after a busy gig.
Only recommendation - we prebooked our space but when we returned to the car park it wasn't clear what we had to do. We queued for around 30 minutes for the ticket machine but we only had to go to the desk. This could have been clear

Knew the area, but the car park is easy to find. Easy to find a space and get to NIA, minutes away. Departure was much easier than expected given the venue was packed, a Saturday night etc; would definitely use again.

Easy to get to. No issue finding a space (though did arrive around 10pm when daytime users were gone - might be harder in day). Straightforward to get barrier card sorted - just called number on office window and someone came and sorted within a few minutes. Good location for ICC and nearby hotels, though appreciate may not be the cheapest option (though secure with cameras, so I felt it was worth it).

Absolutely disgusted to pay £15.90 to make sure we had somewhere to park for a concert and go to machine and should of cost us £5.60. We struggled to find a space which was the reason we booked the parking. Won't consider the car park in future
