Parking space on 174B Hurst Grove, MK40

Parking was good, but I was told off by a resident in one of the other apartments who told me I wasn't allowed to park there, and that I was being scammed as 174B is vacant? Driveway is also quite narrow- but I drive a Corsa Club and was fine getting in.
