The carpark is overlooked by an office during opening hours and there is an industry loading bay nearby (owned by myself). The area is busy between 4am - 4pm and during the nights CCTV is in operation.
During the night (after around 4pm) the large security gates at the front of the complex are closed. Access to your car will have to be made between 4am and 4pm unless arrangements are made and approved in advance.
This is a very safe parking space.
