Easy to find, big drive to park the car, would use this again

I arrived at 10 Green Lane, Amersham on Saturday 26th May at just after 1 pm. There was a car on the drive with no space for me to park. I knocked twice, there is no door bell or knocker, but there was no reply. I was mightily disappointed and went and parked at Amersham station that cost me £6 for the time I would be using the car park there. I'd like an explanation of what went wrong with my booking.
