Parking on Overton Circle, AB21

Hi! I've arrived to park my car at Overton Circle exactly at 8.00am, as aplied at Just Park. As it had already a car at the garage, I had called the number of the owner to ask if I could park my car anyway - as it clearly would not get out. However, the owner had not kept my call - so I left a voice message. I tried for 10 minutes to park in a way that could let the car to get out, but did not manage. So I thought that the owner was not at the house or the car was not hers. As, I had a booked train ticket to train at 8.30am, to meet my cousin, I had to go to train station. When I arrived at Elgin, I realised I had received a call from the owner of the car park, asking me to come back as she had to use the car. She said that for some reason "Just Park" had not sent her the information. I'm very sorry I could not come back, as I was very far. I hope that "Just Park" gave her the money to pay her taxi fare (and I hope she had the idea to take one). It was my very first time with "just park" and I got very estressed about this situation (and almost lost my train trying to call her). Next time, IF I use Just Park again, I will call the car park owner to make sure they had received "Just Park" message.
