Great parking space as advertised. Convenient to our hotel. However, we did have a problem getting into garage as we needed a special key and were never informed. We were unable to reach owner, however, the apartment building office let us into the garage with our confirmation sheet. Overall, would recommend but would make sure arrangements for getting into garage are arranged beforehand.

Jades space is spacious,clean and safe.It is also a few feet from the Olympic site. I recommend his service to anyone wanting to visit the East End. BUT , you must ring him for directions,cos he's well hidden

The only problem we had was that we were not allowed to leave the Olympic park the same way that we went in (no idea why?). We then could not find the car for an hour. It would proably have only taken 20 minutes to walk if we had had a map or knew where we were. Just be warned. The parking space in VERY convenient for the Olympic park (about a 10 min walk) if you can go in and out the same entrance.

Sorry to write this as have had great experience with the website. Space wasnt where it was advertised. I had to say something first, i believe now its corrected... Owner wouldnt give any discount for inconvenience, said it should be the website who do... Other spaces now nearby were cheaper, but unavailable by the time i found out the actual location of the space. Took about 30 mins to exit the car park as the attendant wouldnt open the gate, not a good way to end a brilliant day. Having said this, communication was OK, owner seems is a nice guy. I hope this serves better for other people who choose to park here so that they wont go through the same experience i did. Cheers
