The parking on the driveway is comfortable for two cars I would say and it is close to the University (10-15 mins walk). I chose this space for proximity to the Univ. however, if you are visiting the Univ. at week-end, then parking is free at the Univ. I would however, have no hesitation in recommending parking at Sails Drive. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of property around it. Parking at the Univ. during the week would have cost us £6 for a comparable period of time. Not much of a saving but... Only gave communication 3* because we did not need to communicate.
