Car parking space to let. It is in a quiet cul de sac at the back of our house 10-15 min walk from city center, close to Morrisons at Layerthorpe. The space is very well lit on evenings. Please note it is15 minute walk into town and back so people with younger children; this may be a stretch for them if they are walking round the center also (see previous reviews)* note it is not a driveway as the title suggests- I cant seem to edit this*

If you have kids they want want to walk the distance from here into the centre of York, we ended up using the space once out of a 3 day booking had to pay extra for parking the in the city centre and told no refund available.

The parking space is behind the house, so I needed to knock on the house door to get directions. Apart from this minor difficulty, the parking space was fine.
