Alan was amazing! He sent an info with numbers for local taxis in the area, detailed directions to the drive and also to the airport which was great. He also greeted us when we arrived. I would definitely use this drive again!

This parking location was ideal in terms of location, access and security for our family travelling out of Heathrow. Alan was a fantastic host, meeting us on arrival and return, with thorough communications and detailed guidance to help us in planning and arrival. We will certainly use this for our next trip, without hesitation. We used bus and taxi for the airport transfer, both equally easy.
