Nothing is too much trouble for Paul. Our arrival for departure was delayed by traffic and on return to Heathrow we were delayed by 1 hour due to the baggage handlers, inability to retrieve our luggage. Not a word of complaint from Paul who had other things in his diary.
We will most certainly continue to use "5 mins from Heathrow" because that is exactly what Paul provides.

A most excellent service providing valet parking at a very good price. Paul was equally as cheerful at 5am on the morning of our departure as he was on our return when we had a last minute delay at 11pm due to a baggage problem.
We will certainly be back for our next rip from Heathrow.
