Parking on Drove Road, SN1

Great parking space , would recommend it to others if they are looking in this area. Not regarding this parking space but we had booked a different parking space and when we found it it was locked and we couldn't get in. We were then offered this as an alternative and not knowing the area or places to park we accepted it but it was further away from where we were staying. We were given a refund of £5 on our justpark account (not even a refund to our own account) but we do not plan to use Justpark again because of this

Security was great, owner let me in and out at designated time, gates closed at all times, very good place to leave my car, will highly recommend this parking space, and will use again
