parking was OK, very tight entrance though.
Main issue is last 2 times we have parked here the space has had another car parked in it and we have had to knock on the door and ask the house owners to move their car. they were friendly enough about it but really the space should be ready for the person renting it.

Very handy for the hospital, beats waiting in queue's for hospital parking and cheaper to boot, what's not to like? Weird thing for me was if you click the direction details it takes you to no. 6 on Google maps where in reality it is no 1, just an odd quirk with Google no doubt.

A handy spot in close proximity to the hospital. I have used this space a couple of times, and usually had no problem at all. this time when I arrived there were 2 cars parked on the drive, not leaving quite enough room for my car. I knocked at the door, there was an immediate answer. The owner quickly moved his cars to make room.
