PRIVATE OFF-STREET parking space, suitable for all small and medium-sized cars, or even large trailers or medium caravans. All vehicles should be less than 2.1 meters or 6 feet wide, for their own safety in getting in and out. The gate is non-removable, and can be padlocked with a large belt-lock or bike lock at your discretion. There is often someone in at the house at many different and random times of day, for your added security.
The floor is normal paving stones underlain by cement and hardcore, suitable for carrying all normal vehicle weights of this size.
The street is safe and does not really have any petty crime, but you will be responsible for your own insurance of vehicles, including trailers, caravans etc.
You may book this space for your temporary or permanent use, for as long as you like. The prices given are guides for longish periods, but you may park for as little as a day, say gor golfing events, by arrangement, if the space will be available.
PLEASE NOTE
This space is not really suitable for a very large car such as a Rolls or Bentley etc, although they CAN get in and out. You'd take far too long manoevering it in and out past the posts for it to be worthwhile.
You may also park uup to five motorcycles on this space. But these are certainly at your own risk as they can be taken out through the garden.
