On arrival at the address the space was already occupied by another vehicle.. reg. no.EY63LYS. Nobody at the address claimed ownership of this vehicle, which put me in the situation of having nowhere to park. I will be expecting a full refund of my fee. I have attempted to contact your help line with no success. Call is automatically cut off after fixed announcements. Most disappointed and wll not be using this site again.

It's a house with a driveway on uxbridge rd what more can you say. Except that if you need to work on the underneath of the car while your there it has a mechanics pit for you to drive over.

The space was not free at the time we had booked it and we could not contact anyone to rectify it. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND WE WOULD LIKE AN EXPLANATION OF WHY THE GREY MERCEDES WAS PARKED IN THE SPACE WE HAD BOOKED.

Stayed 2x times there, pity that the spot is full of junk of builders and diff. To get out of the car and lot of wood with nails in... Hoped it would have been away the 2nd time... Other then that super spot

Super location difficult to park was so much builders rubbish with nails and wood hope you can take it away by next Saturday thx San will write then a super review, but now it was not easy to park or get out of the car
