There was a slight discrepancy in the address, but fortunately the owner had called me in advance to explain where exactly to go. Otherwise great, very close to the University.

Had some difficulty finding the space at first, and unfortunately could not get hold of the owner at that time. However I emailed the owner and got a quick response and the issues were rectified.
Great safe space, really close to the Royal Hallamshire Hoospital (about a 10 minute walk).

Can only conclude that this is a scam. Advertised as private driveway but the property concerned seems to be located in a block of flats with communal unrestricted parking outside. Avoid.

This is a good spot, very close to the university. Communication was good. It's a little concerning that there are no dedicated parking spaces and warning signs about illegal parking on the walls but we experienced no issues. Value for money and felt like a safe area.
