Jan is a very pleasant lady and communicating with her was very easy and professional. It was the first time I used her for parking and upon arrival she promptly got me on my journey to the airport. Upon my return to the UK, I called her when I landed at Gatwick South and she was there soon after I came through to the agreed pickup point. Was some slight ambiguity about whether the transfer was free or not and the transfer tiem to the airport due to the wording on the advert but Jan acknowledged this and said she was going to make this more clear based on my feedback. In summary, I would recommend parking with Jan as a safe place to park my car for a fair price and all-in-all a pleasant experience.
