Off road parking at the rear of the property. Other properties overlooking car space. 10 minute walk to town centre.
To arrive at the rear of the property when on Embankment road, turn left onto Florence Place then right onto Grenville Road then right onto Cathcart Avenue.
Next take the first left into the back lane, this is just before you get to the junction that rejoins Embankment road.
Once in the back lane, the driveway is halfway along the lane on the right hand side.
It is the house that has a fire escape staircase and is the next one on from the house with the brown garage door and brown back yard gate.
There is a small block of flats with the communal entrance to those flats opposite my driveway. It is the only block of flats opposite so you can't mistake it for any other property landmark.
Please park car in such a way as to leave space for one other vehicle as there is just enough space for two cars when parked sensibly. Please also leave a note in the window to show you have reserved the space via JustPark.

Tenants were unaware of my booking as it was the landlord who created the listing. Got blocked in for several hours due to this. Would advise not to book this space.

Good parking spot, little hard to find as it is at the back of property and there is no number. Otherwise, all ok.

This was perfect for us - a place to leave our car at a sensible cost whilst we were away on the bicycles for two weeks. It was accessible and we found it without difficulty. We have only one concern - some air may have been released from one of our rear tyres. We pumped it up and it has been fine ever since. Apart from this minor thing, it was great for us.
