Wrong derscription, no house number given. had to guess where to park, ended up at someone elses house. Was still asked for money after my trip, as he said that texting me the address whilst I was about to board a plane was acceptable. refused to pay. Would have been an excellent location if communication had been better. Would reccomend but book early as he doesn't pick up his phone or respond to texts, unless it is for money.

Very unreliable - lack of communication. Couldn't find the parking space on google so tried to contact the owner. He didn't answer his mobile and replied to texts very late. In the end I rather asked my colleague for a lift as I couldn't rely on the owner. Can't recommend to anybody.

This was a most unfortunate experience. All of the following is simply factual: 1. On arrival (at 5.00am and in the rain) the provider had forgotten the booking despite checking with him a few days before, and had to be woken. 2. Although we had booked for four travellers with luggage, the car to the airport was far too small. Only two suitcases and two items of hand luggage would go in the boot; the rest was on the laps of the rear passengers, wedging us in a most unsafe and uncomfortable position. 3. On setting off a problem was discovered with the car exhaust hitting the ground (overloaded?) so we were not taken to the airport, but dropped at a courtesy bus stop and left there in the rain. 4. The provider was not available to meet us at the end of the period due to work commitments. He told us we would have to get a taxi. This cost an additional £7.50 All in all, a very difficult experience, and one not to be repeated.
