Hassle free transaction, great location; Palace football ground on the other side of the road. Would have needed to be in the director's car park to be any closer.
Down-side was a total lack of communication from the space owner, despite me texting him to let him know we had booked, and our eta.
A quick 'hi, see you then' would have been re-assuring.
All in all highly recommended for Palace home games, and 2 x side-by-side spaces at the front of his house mean you are boxing nobody in, so can wander off after the match for something to eat while the traffic dies down.
