There was a car in the space I’d booked. After 20 mins with the owner she said the car that was parked shouldn’t be there but she had no way to move it. We were under time pressure for a medical appointment so had to find an alternative space. Contacted Just Park and they asked me to call the owner to get the money back. Which I haven’t managed to do, it’s a massive hassle and I am unlikely to use justpark again.
