When we arrived to collect the key fob from concierge they advised us that we were not allowed to park there, and said that the owners of the space had previously been told to stop letting this space out. Luckily they took pity on us having driven for 3 hours and let us park here. DO NOT book this space as you will not be allowed to park here.

Met Max on arrival. Underground - secure and safe location - just 50 metres from a DLR station and 200 metres from the Emirates Air - Line boarding point - how cool is that! This is a real gem and one we shall certainly ask for again. Thanks Max - and a Merry Christmas. John & Christine S.,

Space was ideal, stayed in Sunborn hotel. Easy to find & car felt safe. Only slightly difficult bit was the staff on the desk as they were horrid but that isnt Max fault. would use again if in the area. Thank you

2nd time ive used this space,Max has got it spot on never a problem its so easy and hes always available by phone if you need him but as yet never neeed to contact him. it does what it says on the site

Only problem fob not working to open gates therefore had to ring concierge each time to enter and exit. Matter should now been resolved.

If you are working at the ExCel or need to be by Royal Docks or the Airline for any length of time. Max is amazing, the car park is very secure. Max was amazing even getting up at a stupidly early time on a bank holiday to hand over keys. Thanks again :)
