Easy to find in quiet residential area by Royal Victoria Dock. Easy walk to Excel. Very good.

Really good for Excel which is just as we needed. A leisurely 5 minute stroll along the waterside. I didn't enjoy the very confusing large roundabout at Newham Way(?). That's nothing to do with the property owner though. Pretty good all round, good value and I would use again.
