Seller is a crook. Does not have right to let this parking space, as confirmed by parking space owner NCP.

I have been scammed. I paid £15 up front. Was told by Sharon Barrett (ivor11) they rent spaces in the NCP carpark for their hire cars, and when the spaces are not in use, they hire the spaces out on your website. I took the NCP ticket, and on exit called the assistant, and quoted 'Anthony Church 47248', as advised. NCP had not heard of this person, and that they do not rent out spaces for secondry hire, and that I had been scammed, and I had to pay the £24 parking charge to exit. I contacted Sharon Barrett, & Anthony Church by phone 077944440980 (phone now unavailable), by text , and by email elntrading@yahoo.co.uk ( now not replying to emails) as the £24 parking refund was promised, but after numerous excuses, and nearly 3 weeks later, it is obvious that the refund is never going to come.

I booked the space as advertised on 18/10/2012 it is a rip off. There is no parking space you have entered a NCP car park which costs £36 for a full day not the £20 as advertised. The advertiser was not contactable to sort out the exit problem resulting in my paying twice for the parking. I have not been able to contact the advitiser to obtain a refund

WARNING .... Do not use, I paid £60 to park, was asked to pay money into a bank account names changed from Sharon Barrett to Shirley Barrett to Anthony Church, I refused to pay other than PayPal which I was provided with an address arrived at London on the tuesday the car parking space was changed via text when arriving at carpark I phone for directions and spoke to 'Anthony' who seemed very helpful, tonight I went to retrieve my car as I had to leave ASAP rather than in the morning, I pressed for assistance as told to do by Anthony gave ref number and card number to be told I would have to pay again for car parking as this was fraud..... The information Anthony provided does not exist and the card he was usin was deemed stolen and cancelled tried to contact Anthony Sharon or Shirley on number given but absolutely no reply so I was stuck in the car park for an hour before eventually I had to pay full amount for 3 days of parking to be able to leave..... I have reported this to police and I will not let it drop until something is done I am disgusted that I used what I thought to be a genuine honest person thru a website that was rated in google to find myself in this position it's disgusting that these people can rip people off like this :0(

It might just be me, but I found it really hard to locate. The directions given on booking are just about okay, but the pointer on the map is so misplaced as to be useless... Space itself great, big, and dry. Would certainly use again - now that I know where it is...

Perfect Location, Pefect and very helpful parking spot owner. Had constant problems with using the assistance of NCP to explain I had paid, as you park on owners season ticket. Otherwise great.
