The parking space is adequate and safe.
It is a bit of a walk to Walthamstow tube station though,especially if you don't know the area well and all the short cuts, so it might be a good idea to print out the area map as the routs suggested by satnavs are not really good for pedestrians.

We landed in Walthamstow to stay in the Travelodge to find that to park anywhere was going to cost £60 for the weekend. Downloaded the app... found this space for £14... booked it there and then. A bit sceptical to start but it was 1st class and well worth it. Family is lovely!
