Arrived at stated time. Car parked on driveway. Tried phoning - no answer. Tried knocking on door - no answer (although positive someone was in). AVOID! Very poor communication.

Very close to the Excel and described. Even though was on a private driveway the surrounding area did not feel 100% safe.

Although Francis was not in to welcome us nor did he answer my phone call on the morning before arrival the parking spot was as described. Easy to find, and perfect for our day at the Excel. Which was literally a 5 min walk just around the corner. Definitely Value for money, will use again! Thank you

If ur going to the excel park here !! 2 min to excel from here !! But don't leave anything in car as parking space open to people walking past and looking in !! Apart from this !!! PARK HERE IS A MUST !!!!

Great parking slot for London Excel - few minutes walking from Custom House entrance. Easy to find and I had no issues when parking.
