I'm sorry sir, we are full!!! Arrived at space, to find it was taken. Called JustPark and they said I should call the space owner. Called the space owner FIVE TIMES, and the first four times the receptionist sent me through to a voicemail. After waiting 20 mins with my 2 & 3 year old screaming in the car, they finally called me back to tell me that they were full. I explained, that I had booked over a week ago and the answer I got was "sorry sir". Only ten mins to go until my child's hospital appointment I had to go and search for another space, during rush hour! What an amazing mess. Looking at the reviews (now), this appears to be a regular occurrence. My advice, try elsewhere.

Easy to find having seen the photos online. Space was empty, no bollards so I just drove straight in. 10 minute walk from National History and Science Museums. Ideal.

I could not park in the space! Another car had taken up far too much room and a tree had roots in the way. Shocking!

Worst parking ever! After booking and paying the space was occupied when i got there. After calling Just Park, who advised to call Mercure Hotel, and after 4 failed attemps to be connected to someone in the hotel's reception who knew about the parkinf arragement, at last I was told to go to the hotel, get the key for the bollard, return to the parking space and park, and return the key. Seriously?! How is this helpful???

The hotel staff had no record of the booking! Their accounts department had no record of the booking ether! But they were courteous and pleasant and said not to worry and I could park there. So it would appear there is a communications problem between the website and the hotel staff. I guess you may need to phone the hotel to ensure your booking will be honoured

The parking spot is quite safe and you can easily park even a van there because there are no height restrictions.
The receptionist was really polite and helpful.
I will definitely use them again.
