Hello I'd booked a park place on 67 Inerness Terrace in London from Saturday Nov 17 at 12.00 to Sunday Nov 18 at 17:00. (Booking ID 5705932). When I arrived on Saturday, the park places in front of 67 Inverness Terrace were not available. And it was the same situation during all the week end. I took a picture of the two cars occupied the two park places. I had to paid a public park during all the week end. Please notices also that your emergency number never answered during all the week end. I left 10 messages on you answering machine and nobody called me back. easy to use. drive real slow, it's a one way street. so if you miss the location then will have to drive around and come back. overall good.

There are 2 parking spaces here and they are tight spaces, I had to park on the right, next to a row of bins, there was already a car parked to the left, this was gone when I returned but I now have a dent on my passenger side door (that I could see in the street lamps as I approached the vehicle, I was not amused) that I did not have when I arrived. I cannot think of any other way this was done except from the door of the car parked next to me but cannot prove this. My car was perfect when I arrived, its not now, thanks for nothing

The space was taken from arrival and when I tried to contact the owner I had no reply. Also had no response from JustPark, do not use this app it is terrible and a rip off.
