Very annoyed informed of late cancellation by email i would have expected a phone call on my mobile phone . I had to find alternative parking at very short notice I had a 25mile jouney to the pantomime with the family cancellation email seen at 3pm panto start time 7pm hence parking booked for 6.30 pm .Very unprofessional . This caused a lot of unnecessay stress . A phone call in the morning would have made the day much easier. But panto was very good but still feel very annoyed.
