Going to the O2? Private car park In west ham

I booked the carpark and paid for it through the website. Contacted the owner the night before to confirm and was told it was all ok. In the morning I received a text saying that I should not park there as my car might be towed away. By that time it was too late for me to make alternative arrangements. I got another text in the evening saying that it was a bad idea to have parked there anyway and that the safety of my car could not be guaranteed. Quite a nerve racking experience which did spoil my holiday away slightly as I kept worrying about my car. The owner should have really clarified this first before taking my payment. The owner did not pick up her phone when I was trying to contact her to find out what the issue exactly was. After all my car did not get towed away...fortunately! The car park is nice and close to West Ham station.
