The space is not in the congestion charging zone.
There is zero traffic so you will no problems driving into and out of the space.
PLEASE PARK IN THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER OF THE DRIVE (WHEN FACING THE HOUSE.) THIS ALLOWS US EASY ACCESS TO OUR FRONT DOOR AND MEANS OUR NEIGHBOURS AT NO.9 CAN MOVE THEIR CARS IN AND OUT FREELY.
I often work from home so can be on hand to assist your parking queries or any other questions you might have.

I thought parking at Chris's was great. I was a bit unsure if I was in the right place so I knocked just to triple check and got to briefly meet Chris himself who is a lovely guy. Can't recommend the space enough, if I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely be using his place.
