Parking on Edgware Road, W2

The parking space was private space off a busy main road with a lock pole blocking you get onto the space. We had to stop the car on a pavement while I went to find the key for the pole. The lock box was already open with no key inside we were unable to release the pole and leave our car in the space. Even if we were able to release the pole I would not have felt comfortable leaving my car there. It not feel like a safe or secure area. We had to phone Just Park to find us an alternative space

I was a bit worried because of all the bad reviews, but it all went smoothly for us. Yes, the owner can definitely a bit nicer in his communication, but he explained things well and when we got there, the people who live at the property were nice and helpful. It was a good experience overall.

Rather difficult to find as Edgeware Rd is busy - it would help to have the bays identified by painting large numbers on the ground. There was no key in the box - just a note on a purple key tag saying the parking was open and to return the key!!! & the owner did not answer my call. Luckily, Abongile was so helpful and reassuring & finally, after 25 mins, all was sorted. Very frustrating and I would like some reimbursement of the parking fee. It was very convenient and the 11mins walk described on your app to Cafe laville is misleading as the Cafe is directly opposite!!!! Thank you again to Abongile - a fellow Capetonian.

Someone was already parked in the spot during the time I paid for. Owner didn't answer the phone to resolve. Would avoid.

wasn't impressed with this booking could not remove post to park as key missing from secure box. luckily I had a socket set and unbolted post from concrete, I reaffixed when my session was finished. The occupant of 506A didn't like what I was doing and seemed to object to my actions I explained I had paid for parking and would sort the post on my return. I returned to find I had a flat tyre, I put my spare on and took my tyre for repair Saturday, only to be told the tyre had no puncture so had possibly been let down I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY BODY TO PARK HERE

The lockable pole protecting the parking space was not working with they key provided upon arrival. Meaning I couldn't park immediately and had to leave my car parked on double red lines while the space owner came out of his house to resolve the issue by kicking the pole out of it's concrete base! The space was then so narrow I had to climb over to the passenger side to get out of the car.

Really easy to find and no problems!

Great location for Lords, easy instructions.
