Was a little daunted by the clamping notice in the forecourt and unsure of the gateway to several garages behind as to whether it should be kept clear for access , but no problems arose . Thank you for the facility

Someone has already parked in my space. I lost 2 hours in order to follow the instructions to find another space elsewhere. Even the guy (never spoken to Justina at phone) tried to find a solution it took a very long time. I do not recommend to book this car park space. It is reliable and maybe risky if you want to visit London for one day.

would be better if just park sign was in place or justine would answer phone. On arrival a sign on wall about clamping was a bit off putting.

instead of no 96....and she would answer her cell phone....text-ed to say ....who is this?
