Parking space was just fine. It felt safe and it was in a nice area. Although, it felt like we had just turned up unexpectedly despite booking quite a few hours in advance. I was unable to contact the owner via the app messenger or the contact number left which was worrying. Especially because it was initially unclear which space was the one allocated to park in until I made contact with the property owner. I knocked on their door which made me feel awkward and uncomfortable since they hadnt responded about the booking. When speaking to the property owner who was pleasant they seemed confused about what I was there for and seemed to give the permit over reluctantly. This is all my personal opinion and the way I felt about the situation. I had to ask the owner how to give them back the permit as they just gave it to me with no instruction which I found odd. Then about 5 minutes later another random person came out of the property and asked us to give us the permit back when we were done etc which we obviously agreed to. Overall it was a weird experience but was very useful for us travelling to London in a car last minute. Nothing bad about the space but maybe the owner could be more aware of bookings! No unpleasantness just a lot of confusion!

Parked and stayed in Hammersmith, easy to find ,short walk and Rose answers text regarding my query about permit really quickly . Rose also took the time to come and say Hello would definitely recommend and use again. So easy highly recommend Catherine
