I have 1 secure underground car parking space available in my upmarket private residential block with gate, CCTV, concierge, lighting and Fob. My street is a quiet street only 2 minutes walk to the Congestion Zone, 15 minutes Walk to Bank and Liverpool Street Stations and 10 minutes walk to the Gherkin. It is also close to the A13, A 11 and A 12 for easy access in and out of the City. The nearest underground stations are Aldgate East, Aldgate and Tower Hill. I work from home and have a flexible diary. I charge 140 per month for a car. I need a refundable deposit of ?40 to cover the Fob and a promise to give me 1 month's notice in advance which works both ways.
