Easy access to A1, M1, M62 and Leeds Centre which is approximately 15mins drive away or on the local bus and 7minutes on local train, with regular buses & trains nearby . 10 minute walkto local amenities such as Cross-gates shopping area with a Blockbusters,Tesco, restaurants and banks. 2 minute walk away from a convenience store and 7 minute drive to Sainsburys, MacDonalds, Pizza hut and Boots. the space is infront of my barely used garage, down a drive next to my house shared with one neighbour who use their garage
