Private driveway parking space in quiet residential street in central KT1 location. Just off Penhryn Road, opposite the university campus, so perfect for students. Also ideal for those visiting County Hall and shoppers in Kingston - approx 7 minute walk to the Market Place.
Please note that part of the curb is not fully dropped and the road has a slight camber, so please enter/exit slowly. When my neighbour's car is also parked it can take a little manoeuvring to get into position, so if you are a nervous parker (the type of person who picks a space in a car park with empty spaces all around it!) then my space might not be for you! This is not generally a problem (see all my positive reviews), but wanted to mention it.

Great location for Hampton Court, boat leaves from the end of the road. Only a short walk from town for eats, pubs etc. Worth noting that the 'town' end of the road is closed to traffic, cars must enter from riverside end.

Brilliant space. Fantastic for the Penrhyn Road KU campus and good value compared to others around the area.

Was very close to the University and easy to park. However, i had a little trouble finding the place whenthe house number wasn't quite clear. I would suggest putting a picture of the car park. All in all, it was a good parking space.
