Good spot and easy to find, however when we arrived there was a car in the space so i called the owner who didn't even realise there was a booking for the day! Luckily he was in and was going to move his car so we could get in but instead gave us a permit to park on the road. If he was out though we could have been stuck and missed the event we were going to!

The whole transaction was fine. The entrance to the parking space is fairly narrow and this is not helped by cars parked on the road opposite necessitating a bit of maneuvering to get in and out. I don't think this space would be suitable for larger people carrier or 4x4 type vehicles.
