Easy to get to and plenty of space for car. Bit of a hill up to bus stop but that didn’t bother us. You don’t have to wait long for bus into Brighton. The property owner was very helpful and answered my email and was there when I picked up car. Very friendly and approachable. Would park here again. Thanks

Was too far from where we wanted so didn't use but am sure it would be a good parking bay

Easy to find. 30-35 min walk to the lanes. Bus across the road to Brighton if not walking. All in all a great idea and service, great use of resources.

East to find and just what we wanted

Very easy parking experience in a city we had not visited before, the directions were first rate and it could not have been easier to find the location park up and enjoy our break.

Brian was fantastic, came out to greet and gave directions into town and the bus. We decided to walk from his place to the beach front as it was a lovely day (45 mins walk) We used the spot for the London to Brighton cycle weekend, was great location. Cycled 15 mins from the finish line to his place which meant we beat the traffic leaving Brighton and getting back into London.

Easy to find, convenient and friendly

Brilliant parking space very easy to find! Brian was very friendly and helpful, pointing us to the nearest bus stop and even finding out the time of the next bus. The bus stop is a 2 minute stroll and the number 81 bus goes straight into Brighton for £2.30. Would definitely use again & recommend!

Bus Stop was close by near the shops. Buses ran every half an hour for £2.30 single back into Brighton.Taxi costs £20. We were happy with the parking even met Brian
