This was the first time I had used JustPark and my experience was positive. The booking process was simple and I found Jonathon's driveway without difficulty. It might have been better if I had been told exactly where I should park in the driveway but otherwise there were no problems. The description perhaps should make clear that getting from High Wycombe station to the parking space involves a walk up a very steep hill! I had no direct contact with Jonathon but I didn't need to have. Overall, I was happy with the booking.
