Parking on Denbigh Drive, UB3

I don't usually leave comment. But I feel I need to do this time as my experience was quite bad. The host is responsive and give comment when needed. But the quality of the driveway is quite bad. It is muddy and has some deep trenches. I guess you don't want to take all the mud if you have a clean car. When I went back and drive my car, I spent 10mins to get out of the driveway because there is a car parking right at the back of mine. I managed to find a little space to get out. I need to spend another 10mins to get over the deep trenches carefully. I think I once unfortunately scratch the btm of my car as the driveway is not flat. I have to say the host is a good guy but he needed to do some works on the driveway to make it more parkable.
