This is the perfect place to park if visiting St Luke’s campus or uni students at Rowancroft. I felt very lucky to have found it. Will definitely use it again...thank you so much to the owners!

Easy parking space. Good size and easy access. Used whilst visiting St Luke's, Exeter University. As others have commented, instructions could include that the property sits behind the one shown on street view but really was straightforward.

So glad I've found this place that's very near the hospital, I've saved myself time and money from not parking at the hospital where I work and the owner is friendly. I may be shooting myself in the foot by giving positive feedback!
